What is Friends of the Fund?
Friends of the Fund is a national network of people across the United States who commit to giving their energy, time, and money to fundraising for the DSA Fund, with the goal of dramatically increasing our movement’s ability to spread our ideas, share effective strategies, and bring together developing organizers.
What can I expect as a Friend of the Fund?
Recognition
If you want to be publicly acknowledged on the DSA Fund website, at events, and in printed materials, you will be; if you prefer to be anonymous, you also can be!
Impact
Every dollar you give to or raise for the DSA Fund increases the financial sustainability and organizational capacity of the only nonprofit dedicated to democratic socialist education and directly tied to the country’s largest democratic socialist organization.
Community
Starting in 2023, Friends of the Fund will have events online and in-person in a growing list of cities where you can meet other people who are deeply invested in democratic socialist education!

What is the DSA Fund?
The Democratic Socialists of America Fund is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization devoted to public education and outreach about democratic socialism. The DSA Fund endeavors to demonstrate how an awareness of social democratic and democratic socialist values and policies would strengthen the quality of policy debates in the U.S. The Fund also works to introduce young activists to the history and traditions of democratic socialism.
DSA Fund is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to political education and engagement. All donations are 100% tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. DSA Fund does not participate or intervene in any political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. No DSA member dues go to the DSA Fund.
